Advent Devotional 18
The greatest gift God has given me is to have my mom as a mommy. He chose her for me and she is so loving and kind and would do anything for me. God giving her as my mommy makes me feel loved. God picked her as a gift to me, this is the greatest gift God could give me.
It’s weird because I don’t picture an image or anything when I think of God. I just get a good feeling when I think of God or pray to him. I know he’s there because when I pray to him, he helps me. The problem gets fixed or I feel better about it after I pray.
I think God wants other kids to know that their parents and family and friends are gifts. They don’t have to give you things they just have to be there for you just like God is there for us. When friends or family are there with us it gives us a good feeling, kinda like the feeling praying to God does.
