Welcome to Creekwood Student Ministry!
Our Student Ministry is designed to provide our students with the means to grow in their knowledge of scripture. They can fellowship with other students in a Christ-focused environment, and serve their community through meaningful, impactful mission work.
For 6th – 12th grade students. We meet in the Creekwood Student Center located at the house near the playground during the 9:45 am hour.

Everyone will enjoy dinner together from 6:30-7pm.
From 5:30-6:30 pm the Middle Schoolers will have an hour of game time, a Bible lesson, and small groups divided by gender.
From 7-8 pm the High Schoolers will have an hour of game time, a Bible lesson, and small groups divided by gender.

What is Confirmation?
Confirmation is an 8-month course (August to May) for students in grades 7 and up to explore what it means to be an active member of the United Methodist Church.
Registration begins in July. Check the Events Page for when the registration opens.
Confirmation is a comprehensive program that includes classes, retreats, socials, field trips, mission projects, and special worship services as well as the weekly class at 9:45am in the Student Center.
We have FUN while getting to know one another as we experience this journey together!
We’ll delve into theology:
- What do we as a church believe?
- Do I really agree with it?
- What happens if I don’t agree?
We’ll examine the history of the church:
- Where do we come from?
- What has the church done right over the years?
- What have we really messed up?
We’ll learn that being a Christian is more than just showing up at church on Sundays (although we’ll learn why that’s important too!).
We’ll attend worship as a group at other churches as well as our own.
We’ll play games, enjoy snacks, get to know others, and most important, HAVE FUN!
Confirmation is an amazing year where students can honestly examine their own beliefs and decide for themselves whether they are ready to make the commitment to follow Christ.
Contact Pastor Keri Lynn with any concerns about finances.
Cost is never a reason to miss this amazing experience!
