Creekwood UMC, in partnership with Harper Elementary in Princeton, TX, has established Harper’s Helpers, a program to train and match Creekwood members with students pre-K through 5th grade to be a classroom helper, assist the teacher with classroom tasks, provide tutoring in a small group setting, and be a positive role model for children in the class. There are also opportunities for being a breakfast volunteer or lunchroom helper throughout the school year.
In addition, we provide teacher appreciation lunches.
